Akkio is revolutionizing how agencies extract value from data. We're on the hunt for a talented and driven Customer Success Engineer to join our remote Customer Success team and drive this mission. You will lead technical customer success efforts, provide expert consultations, and design and implement complex solutions using Akkio's AI data platform. This role requires deep technical knowledge and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.

This is a remote role based in New York City. Frequent onsite visits with clients is required.

Your Role:

  • Develop comprehensive customer success strategies, including goals, challenges, KPIs, and timelines.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience and manage significant customer relationships, influencing product development.
  • Act as an AI industry expert, transferring knowledge across the customer success team and driving technological adoption.
  • Collect customer feedback for product improvement and collaborate with Sales for a smooth transition from pre- to post-sale.
  • Address potential risks in renewals or user churn by coordinating with internal teams for solutions.
  • Encourage customer advocacy through testimonials and case studies.
  • Engage in minimal travel to strengthen customer relationships and understand their business objectives.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years in customer success, technical consulting, solutions engineering or similar roles, preferably with a technical product.
  • Expertise in data science, and machine learning
  • Familiarity with software architecture, and API’s
  • Proven ability to build relationships within complex organizations and be a thought leader for customers.
  • Ability to work across account tiers (e.g., Enterprise to MidMarket)
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, adept at engaging with executives.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, able to manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively.
  • Leadership qualities and experience mentoring staff, coupled with solid project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry experience in working with advertising and marketing agencies
  • Experience with LLMs and working with conversational AI applications
  • Experience in software development
