TERMS FOR THE PRODUCT FEEDBACK SURVEY'S
EXTRACTION

- Eligibility: To be eligible for the giveaway, participants must be current users of the Akkio Software and have received an invitation to participate in the survey.
- Entry: Participants may enter the giveaway by completing the survey in its entirety and providing accurate and complete information. Only one entry per participant is allowed.
- Prize: The prize is a $250 Amazon gift card, which will be awarded to one randomly selected participant who completes the survey.
- Winner selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The selection will be made within 30 days after the survey has closed.
- Notification: The winner will be notified via email within 10 days after the winner selection. The winner must respond to the notification within 14 days of the notification or the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected.
- Privacy: Any personal information provided by participants will be used only for the purpose of this giveaway and will not be shared with any third parties without explicit consent.
- Taxes: Any taxes associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
- Disqualification: Any participant found to have violated these terms will be disqualified from the giveaway.
- Governing law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware.
By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and the decisions of Akkio, which are final and binding in all respects. Akkio reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time, for any reason.
