About Akkio

Machine Learning and Data Analysis without the learning curve! Get to automated machine learning (AutoML) while chatting with your data across a variety of data sources.

With a focus on digital marketing, Akkio is building a generative AI-powered, large data platform for AutoML, data exploration & cleaning, and a bunch of other stuff (including generating insights about and sub-segmenting marketing audiences, running post-campaign analytics, and surfacing metrics). Akkio makes AI accessible to everyone, not just Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers. Akkio’s platform combines state-of-the-art ML technology with a simple, intuitive interface to enable a new generation of AI-powered businesses.

Akkio raised $15MM of funding in July 2023 and are ramping up hiring to meet the exciting demand of our customer pipeline.

As a Programmer at Akkio, you will play an essential role in designing, developing, and maintaining our AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience and a passion for building robust web applications that handle large amounts of data. You will collaborate with our team of engineers, data scientists, and marketing experts to create products that help digital marketing agencies achieve their goals.

You have

• 5+ years of back-end engineering experience shipping and scaling cloud products and you know your way around the pitfalls
• Experience building and debugging large scale systems
• Demonstrable knowledge of computer science fundamentals
• Experience writing maintainable, testable, production-grade Python code
• Experience with SOA architectures, REST, message queues and API design
• A big plus if you have experience in front-end software development and are familiar with one or more JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, Angular, Vue.js, React...)
• A strong bias to execution coupled with high engineering standards and attention to detail
• An interest in AI and machine learning (experience a plus, but not required)
