We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in coordinating and tracking the delivery of engineering projects across several cross-functional teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and the ability to drive projects forward under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Coordination: Track and manage internal engineering deliverables across various cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Project Cadence: Coordinate and establish project cadence, ensuring that project requirements and specifications are produced and communicated effectively by the Product team and reviewed in a timely manner by the Engineering team.
  • UX Deliverables: Collaborate closely with the User Experience (UX) team to ensure their deliverables are integrated seamlessly into the overall project plan.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Act as a liaison between Product, Engineering, and UX teams, facilitating clear and effective communication to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Efficiency Optimization: Identify and implement processes to maximize efficiency across teams, ensuring that project milestones are met on time and within scope.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and bottlenecks, developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, including timelines, risks, and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in program/project management within the software industry, preferably in AI/ML or digital advertising.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development processes, Agile methodologies, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Linear).
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive projects to successful completion under tight deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
